Job Description
Job Title: Cycle Counter – Inventory Control Location: Northvale, NJ Employment Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire Position Summary:We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cycle Counter to help maintain accurate inventory levels in our warehouse. The Cycle Counter is responsible for conducting routine inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels. This role requires the ability to operate a scissor lift and work comfortably at heights while verifying inventory stored in elevated locations. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine cycle counts pulling inventory racks, counting, and sorting materials.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
- Assist in audits and inventory reconciliation processes.
- Communicate effectively with receiving, shipping, and production teams to coordinate inventory movements.
- Previous experience in inventory management or warehousing preferred.
- Able to work at heights, up to three levels.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills and accurate data entry skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking.
- Ability to read and count
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- Previous experience in inventory control, shipping or warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to read and speak English.
