Staff Right Solutions has an opening for a Production Technician for our customer located in Somerset, NJ. The Production Technician is responsible for the production, servicing and reconditioning of instruments by meeting department standards of Quality, Turnaround Time (TAT), and Production Key Performance Indicators (KPI).  No experience required, however, you will be tested during the interview to determine if you qualify for the position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Produce orders according to established procedures and standards as defined in the company training manual.
• Produce "In the Ear" shells within the company standards.
• Service "Behind the Ear" and "In the Ear" orders within company standards.
• Perform other related tasks in the operations are that help to achieve budgeted objectives.
• Maintain efficiency an quality standards in accordance with the company standards.
• Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines.
• Keep equipment and workstations in a clean and organized condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager and/or senior technicians in order to maintain overall department goals.
• Willingness to cross train in orders to work in other departments.

Qualification Requirements:

• Prior electronic assembly experience beneficial 
• Good hearing, eyesight and manual dexterity
• Good written and oral communications skills in English
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
• High School Diploma or GED
