- High School Diploma/GED
- Verifiable maintenance technical training
- Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing (and electrical).
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with manufacturing and building maintenance, 5 years preferred. .
- Strong record-keeping skills
- Ability to work flexibly and in various weather conditions.
- Minimum physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and performing hands-on tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Keep our workspace clean, safe, and in top condition.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including carpentry and basic plumbing.
- Coordinate with contractors and oversee facility inspections.
- Tackle mechanical repairs and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Enjoy the perks of a full-time, direct hire opportunity (Monday to Friday)
- Competitive wage: $27 to $33 per hour, with overtime expected.
