Job Title: Logistics Shipping Coordinator
Starting Wage: $21.50 / Hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Location: Montvale, NJ
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-TimeResponsibilities:
As a Shipping Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely shipping processes. Responsibilities include:
- Inputting shipping destinations and uploading necessary documents, such as Bills of Lading (BOLs) and tracking information, into NetSuite.
- Creating label batches for shipping orders and reviewing routing guides to select the appropriate shipping methods.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Experience: Prior shipping experience is a plus, with basic clerical skills required.
- Technical Skills: Must be proficient in managing and working with data across multiple sheets in Excel, email, and general data entry, including using a 10-key pad.
- Shipping Software: Familiarity with UPS WorldShip is highly desirable.
- Language: Ability to read and write in English.
- Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and excellent follow-through skills.
