• Pick, pack, process, and ship marketing literature, catalogs, and promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform inventory counts as needed.
• Organize, label, and manage stock in the Marketing Support area.
• Assemble literature kits, catalogs, and marketing packages to support customer and sales representative requests.
• Coordinate and complete individual and large-scale mailing projects.
• Generate shipping labels and ensure carriers are scheduled for timely pickups.
• Process and invoice completed orders within the system.
• Communicate proactively regarding order shortages, backorders, or shipping delays.
• Maintain master copies of catalogs, mailings, and marketing materials.
• Enter and print certificates and supporting documentation when required.
• Assist with bulk mailing projects, including preparation, documentation, and post office deliveries.
• Work closely with the Marketing Department to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Help oversee temporary staff when required during large mailing projects.
• Support additional department projects and tasks as assigned.

  What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, inventory, fulfillment, clerical, or related support role preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods during the workday.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Experience using pallet jacks or working with shipping materials is a plus.
