Order Processing AssociateHourly Rate: $15.92 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PMAbout the RoleStaff Right Solutions is seeking detail‑oriented Planners to join the Operations team of our client located in Somerset, NJ. This role is responsible for sending orders to vendors, supporting cross‑functional communication, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our order processing workflows. The Planner will also be cross‑trained to support additional functions such as SLA data entry and scanning of impressions.Key Responsibilities
- Plan and send orders to internal facilities (Somerset, Mexico business) and third‑party vendors.
- Troubleshoot complex or unusual orders and recommend solutions.
- Communicate with cross‑functional departments to relay accurate information back to customers.
- Make process‑based decisions using strong product and system knowledge to enhance customer experience.
- Perform SLA data entry.
- Scan impressions as needed.
- Save user settings on hearing aids.
- Support other tasks or projects as assigned by leadership.
- High School Diploma or GED, or at least 3 months of related experience or training.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good eyesight, hearing, and manual dexterity.
- Excellent keyboarding and typing abilities — speed, accuracy, and attention to detail required.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow established quality procedures.
- Positive attitude, reliability, flexibility, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime; mandatory overtime required on the last working day of each month, including possible Saturday work.
- Openness to cross‑training and performing cross‑functional tasks.
