Job Description
Shipping Clerk, Bi-lingual, $22.00 Hr. Nyack, NY Position Overview: We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Shipping Clerk who is bilingual in English and Spanish and has some experience with ERP-integrated shipping software. This role is intended for candidates who show strong potential for full-time, long-term employment after the initial evaluation period. Responsibilities: • Generate shipping labels and documentation using ERP-integrated software • Process and coordinate shipments with carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) • Review and match packing slips with system records • Maintain a clean and organized shipping and staging area • Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment • Support light packaging and receiving duties as needed Requirements: • Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish • Familiarity with shipping modules within ERP platforms (e.g., Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics) • Experience with shipping portals (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, etc.) • Strong attention to detail and system accuracy • Comfortable in a warehouse setting; position involves physical activity but not heavy lifting • High school diploma or equivalent Additional Info: • This is a temp-to-hire opportunity intended for candidates ready to transition to permanent full-time employment • Competitive healthcare benefits and personal time off available after hire • Stable work environment with opportunity to grow within the company • Apply now to be considered for immediate interview and placement.
