Job Description
TIG Welder – 2nd ShiftLocation: Fairfield, NJ
Are you an experienced TIG Welder with a background in aluminum or other non-steel metals?
We’re looking for a skilled Welder to join our fabrication team and help produce high-quality, precision-built components. In this role, you’ll operate a variety of fabrication equipment and perform manual TIG welding, with additional opportunities to work with advanced robotic and spot-welding systems.This is a temp-to-hire position, with the potential to convert to full-time in under 60 days for the right candidate seeking a long-term opportunity and professional growth.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:15 PM – 11:30 PM, (Includes 2 weeks of orientation on 1st shift)Pay Range: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on your experience)
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
- Conversational English required
- Minimum 18 months of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting
- Experience welding aluminum extrusions to precise dimensions, lengths and angles.
- Familiarity with using miter saws, grinders, and measuring equipment.
- Skill in prepping materials for painting using sanding equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
