Our client, a growing and successful company, is seeking a dedicated Porter to join their team. This is a TEMP to HIRE opportunity, offering stability and room for growth.Responsibilities: As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized environment. Your duties will include:
- Office Cleaning:
- Ensure offices are tidy, dust-free, and presentable.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Wipe down surfaces and sanitize high-touch areas.
- Lavatory Cleaning:
- Keep restrooms clean, stocked, and odor-free.
- Regularly disinfect sinks, toilets, and mirrors.
- Restock paper towels, soap, and other essentials.
- Cafeteria and Lunch Areas:
- Clean tables, chairs, and countertops.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness throughout meal areas.
- MFG. and Warehouse Areas:
- Assist in maintaining a safe and organized manufacturing and warehouse space.
- Sweep floors, remove debris, and ensure walkways are clear.
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards.
- Exterior Grounds (Twice a Week):
- Keep outdoor areas clean and free of litter.
- Remove leaves, debris, and snow (if applicable).
- Maintain a welcoming appearance for visitors and employees.
- Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow checklists and complete tasks efficiently.
- Reliable and punctual.
